Giants @ Vikings 8:30 ESPN MNF

The Giants could easily be sitting at 2-2 after this game is over.  If they were to lose they should be 3-1.  There’s no doubt they let a week 3 win get away.  The Giants reverted back to their old selves with miscues, turnovers and a blatant loss of composure (oh yeah, and tears) vs the Redskins.  Eli had a couple of bad interceptions and before they knew it they we were in a dog fight.  One they quite frankly didn’t expect.  OBJ needs to get control.  He’s letting his emotions get the best of him and I think it’s effecting the team.  Coach McAdoo and Eli have to continually be in his hear as well as answer questions all week about their diva WR.  Going into this season I thought they Giants defense would struggle a little big while their offense would hit the ground running.  The opposite has taken place.  Their D has been solid, while injuries at the RB position have slowed the run game.

Giants Transactions:

09/27/2016 DB Doran Grant – Signed to Practice Squad
09/27/2016 RB Shane Vereen – Placed on Reserve/Injured
09/27/2016 CB Michael Hunter – Signed as a Free Agent

Cowboys @ 49ers 4:25 FOX

The Cowboys like the Eagles have enjoyed the new found success of a rookie QB.  A rookie QB who also has yet to turn the ball over.  The Cowboys played the Bears last week.  Playing the Bears is perfect because they’re the best team to play when your trying to find your footing as a team.  Jason Garrett finds his old friend Chip Kelly across the sidelines this week.  These two are familiar with one another.  Dallas comes into this game riding high sitting at 2-1 after a pre-season injury was thought to cripple them again.  Dallas was finally able to stretch the field a bit vs the Bears hitting some long pass plays.  I expect the same to happen in week 4 against the 49ers.

Cowboys Transactions:

No Transactions

Browns @ Redskins 1:00 CBS

The Redskins are playing a different Browns team this week.  This team is different than the team the Eagles played week 1.  The Browns should be coming off a win vs the Dolphins but Cody Parkey happened.  Also a strange decision to kick the ball in overtime which was really stupid.  The Redskins saved their season with a win vs the Giants and will most likely be trending at 2-2 after week 4.  Kirk Cousins reverted back to his 2015 form really playing well vs the Giants.  It didn’t hurt that his defense finally showed as well.

Redskins Transactions:

09/27/2016 Placed S DeAngelo Hall and C Kory Lichtensteiger on Reserve/Injured list, signed C John Sullivan, signed OL Vinston Painter from the practice squad to the active roster, signed CB Tye Smith to the practice squad and released LB Amarlo Herrera from the practice squad.
